Lease structures
We work with the lessor, the operator and their advisors to reach a workable commercial position, then support the process through to delivery.
- Dry Lease
- Aircraft only. The lessee provides crew, maintenance and insurance, and operates on its own AOC.
- Wet Lease
- Aircraft with crew, typically for short-term or seasonal capacity requirements.
- Operating Lease
- Longer-term structures for fleet planning, with agreed return conditions and maintenance reserves.
ACMI
Aircraft, Crew, Maintenance, Insurance
ACMI requirements are time-sensitive. We source capacity against a defined requirement across passenger and cargo operations.
- Aircraft
- Type and configuration matched to the route, payload and airport constraints.
- Crew
- Provided and rostered by the operator under its own AOC.
- Maintenance
- Retained by the operator, in line with its approved programme.
- Insurance
- Hull and liability cover carried by the operator, with certificates provided.
