Dry Lease

The lessee provides crew, maintenance and insurance, and operates on its own AOC. Includes longer-term operating leases for fleet planning, with agreed return conditions and maintenance reserves.
Wet Lease (ACMI)
Aircraft, crew, maintenance, insurance
Capacity sourced against a defined requirement — type, base, routes, block hours and start date — across passenger and cargo operations.

- Provided and rostered by the operator under its own AOC.
- Maintenance
- Retained by the operator, in line with its approved programme.
- Insurance
- Hull and liability cover carried by the operator, with certificates provided.
