We disclose information to a counterparty only where it is necessary to progress the mandate you have asked us to handle, and only to parties we have screened. Where a mandate is confidential, identities are withheld until both sides agree otherwise.

Enquiry records are retained for as long as necessary to support the relationship and to meet legal and record-keeping obligations. You may request deletion of your record at any time.
